At ITV, I lead the early careers strategy across apprenticeships, graduates, work experience, and outreach, working closely with senior leaders to build inclusive, business-led talent pipelines. I’ve developed national outreach frameworks, inclusive work experience policies, and practical guidance for managers supporting early talent.

I’m also the current Vice Chair of the Yorkshire and Humber Apprenticeship Ambassador Network, and I’m passionate about widening access to quality apprenticeships and early careers opportunities, particularly for young people who may not see a clear path into industry. My work focuses on removing barriers, building confidence, and creating environments where early talent can thrive.
