Louise Patterson leads IT Operations at Northumbrian Water and as well as the Digital Degree Apprenticeship Programme.  A passionate advocate for diversity in STEM, Louise champions initiatives to attract women into technology roles and break down barriers to entry.  She is committed to creating inclusive pathways that prepare students from all backgrounds for successful careers.
