Ali leads the Future Talent and Apprenticeships team at Nestlé UK & Ireland, known as the Nestlé Academy.  She is responsible for creating and driving the future talent strategy in the UK & Ireland and for contributing to the European strategy.  This includes graduates and apprentices along with all aspects of future talent across the commercial, technical and support function teams across Nestlé.  Ali also leads the lifelong learning strategy for multi-generational apprenticeships.  Prior to this role, Ali was the head of DEI, where Nestlé won several accolades including being listed as a Times Top 50 employer for gender equality.  She was previously responsible for all aspects of talent strategy as the Head of Talent for the UK & Ireland.
