Since taking on the role of Apprenticeships and Work Experience Manager at the Royal Ballet and Opera, Sarah has worked to inform young people about the many unseen roles of a producing theatre company ensuring that the there are diverse and talented future theatre makers. She has also worked with Skills England to develop Apprenticeships standards that are fit for industry.  The RBO Apprenticeship programme offers level 3 apprenticeships as an alternative route into the industry with a focus on nurturing talent through coaching and mentoring.  The scheme won the National Apprenticeship Guide Award for Best Creative Apprenticeship in 2024.
