Suat Sabuncuoğlu is a Turkish education entrepreneur and international student recruitment specialist, recognised for his contributions to expanding access to UK higher education for students from Türkiye.

 

Having completed his higher education in the UK at Sheffield Hallam University, an experience that shaped his strong commitment to international education and cross-cultural academic mobility, he moved back to Turkey in 2008.

 

He began his professional career in academia, working as a university instructor in İzmir. During this period, he developed a deep understanding of student needs, academic systems, and the challenges faced by students seeking education abroad.

 

Motivated by a vision to bridge the gap between Turkish students and global education opportunities, he founded EDUKAS in 2011, a UK only education consultancy. Under his leadership, EDUKAS has built strategic partnerships with more than 80 universities across the UK, offering comprehensive guidance on university placement, application processes, and academic pathways.

 

Through steady growth and a student-centred approach, EDUKAS has expanded its presence with offices in İzmir (headquarters), Ankara, İstanbul (both European and Asian sides), and London, forming an international network that supports students locally and abroad.

 

Today, Sabuncuoğlu leads a team of over 30 education consultants, continuing to position EDUKAS as a trusted partner for students pursuing university education in the UK. His work reflects a strong commitment to quality guidance, institutional collaboration, and the global development of students.
