Pamela is the Head of International Student Recruitment at the University of Stirling, based in central Scotland.  Pamela’s current role has strategic responsibility for global recruitment to the University and leads a team of recruitment specialists based around the world.  In addition, she also overseas study abroad partnerships, incoming and outgoing mobility programmes and international summer schools.

Pamela has worked in the international higher education sector for over 15 years, including 8 years at the University of Glasgow where she was led on recruitment from Africa and the University partnership with their pathway provider, as well as supporting recruitment from the Middle East and Latin America.
