Dylan is a higher education specialist focused on disability disclosure and neurodiversity support, with 20 years’ experience in complex student casework and adviser practice. His work centres on supporting early disclosure decisions - helping students understand what to share, when, and why, and how to gather relevant information before applying. He is also the Co-Chair of the Professional Association of SpLD Specialists in Higher Education (PASSHE), contributing to sector-wide approaches to equitable student support.
