Kate joined UCAS in 2011 initially managing the UCAS Qualification Information Review through its information gathering and consultation phases. She then moved into our Relationship Management Team, managing our national partners and then moved into a role shaping how we engage with our customers, managing the relationship managers for both UCAS Teacher Training and UCAS Progress, and our structure of Advisory and Standing Groups and Forums.
Kate has been in the role of Service Delivery Manager since 2018, focusing on the operational delivery of our Collect and Search products and UCAS’ internal Data Quality and Audit services.
