UCAS Conference 2026

Hayley joined UCAS in 2020 and is responsible for undertaking quantitative and qualitative research to provide market and customer insight. This involves conducting market trend analysis and research projects across all UCAS' audiences to understand customer preferences and market needs and working collaboratively with colleagues to inform UCAS' product and service development. Prior to joining UCAS, Hayley spent 18 years working for a specialist research agency on a wide range of projects spanning the commercial and industry sectors.
