Associate Director, Admissions, Enquiries and Fulfilment, University of Liverpool
Biography
Jude is Associate Director of Student Recruitment, Admissions and Widening Participation, at the University of Liverpool, with responsibility for managing Admissions, Enquiries and Fulfilment.
Jude has worked at the University of Liverpool since 2007, when she joined as Head of Postgraduate Admissions. Her current remit is to strategically manage UK and International Admissions for undergraduate, postgraduate taught and research, and English language pre-sessional programmes.
Jude has revolutionised admissions processing at Liverpool working with Endpoint Automation Services (EAS) to implement a number of automated processes that have significantly improved customer service and staff satisfaction.
