Stephen Wan
Deputy Director, V levels and cross-cutting Engagement, Department for Education
Stephen is a senior civil servant in the Department for Education responsible for the introduction of V Levels and engagement with the sector on 16-19 qualification reform. He oversaw the development of the Post-16 Education and Skills white paper and strategic thinking on the post-16 skills system. Stephen has been in the civil service for 13 years, including in HM Treasury and the Department for Work and Pensions.
