Course summary

The creative industries is one of the largest and fastest growing in Wales. This pathway of the Business and Management course will develop your leadership and business skills specifically for entering this vibrant and growing industry.

The world of business is transforming. Industries, technologies, and the skills that leaders need are all in continual change. This course is designed to prepare you for that. Flexibility is at the heart of this course, which is structured to equip you with the key competencies every manager and leader will need. Every module includes a business partner coming in to input into the module or set a live brief - ensuring this isn’t just abstract knowledge, it’s understanding you can directly apply to real businesses. In your first two years, you’ll gain the deep understanding of business disciplines every leader needs, before specialising in your final year .

Pass the Access to HE Diploma and obtain a minimum of 96 UCAS tariff points

GCSE/National 4/National 5

The University normally requires a minimum 5 GCSEs including Mathematics/Numeracy and English at Grade C or Grade 4 or above, or their equivalent, but consideration is given to individual circumstances.
