This course will allow you to practice and develop your skills as a humanities scholar. It will allow you to be ready to complete your degree in History by giving you the chance to learn research and communication skills in a supportive and step by step mode. It will support you to become and inclusive, creative, humanities student. In addition, the Foundation Year will allow you to gain inter-disciplinary skills from English, Politics and Philosophy.

• Skills and Scholarship in Humanities
• Understanding Ideas, Images and Creativity: Reading Humanities through concepts, objects and pictures
• Engaging in Global Issues and Beliefs: from War to Peace
• Engaging with the ‘Cultural Life’
• Research Project or Making Humanities Work for You
