PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
You will take eight core and two optional courses, and complete a dissertation. Your dissertation will focus on an HRM/HRD issue which develops your organisational research skills and encourages the development of research informed solutions to real life work-based issues.

By the end of the programme you will have acquired the knowledge and skills for developing your career in either HRM or HRD, including international managerial roles. Recent graduates have gone onto roles including HR Analyst, Recruiter, Diversity & Inclusion Manager and HR Director. 2.1 Hons (or non-UK equivalent) in Business, Management, Engineering or a related Social Science or Science degree with at least 4 credit bearing modules in Human Resources at pass.
Applicants with 2.1 Hons (or non-UK equivalent) in any subject with 2 years work experience might be considered.
