Our human resource management degree is designed to teach you how to develop people and their skills – key to the success of any business.

This course is for those with prior university study in this area who are looking to use the modules this course offers to build on their previous study.

BA (Hons) Human Resource Management will teach you about talent management and development, organisational culture and design, and contemporary issues in human resource management. You will also conduct your own dissertation research project.
