This course develops the skills needed to manage costs, contracts and commercial aspects of construction projects. You’ll explore quantity surveying alongside construction management and building surveying, gaining insight into how professionals work together to deliver sustainable buildings and communities. Through tutorials, seminars, workshops and collaborative projects, you’ll build practical skills in commercial awareness, communication and decision-making, preparing you for progression onto your degree and a confident career in quantity surveying and commercial management.
