This practitioner focused, applied and practical course is delivered by some of the world's leading researchers, in laboratories registered by the Chartered Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (CASES).
Understand the science behind performance, while learning from leading experts.
This course gives you a deep understanding of the science behind sport and exercise and the skills to thrive in performance, health, or fitness-focused roles. You’ll explore key disciplines such as physiology, biomechanics, and sport and exercise psychology, learning how to apply them in real-world environments.
Through hands-on experience in specialist labs, you’ll use advanced tools like 3D motion capture and develop skills in data collection and analysis to assess and improve athletic performance. You’ll also build your research abilities by working on practical projects and learning how to present your findings with confidence.
