Our BA (Hons) Business and Finance (with Foundation Year) course will give you the skills, insight and hands-on experience to be a future leader in the finance sector. You'll learn to analyse and interpret financial data to influence business decisions.
This course is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), enabling you to graduate with two awards. You’ll receive a Business and Finance degree and a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership at no extra cost. This means you'll gain both academic and professional qualifications, enhancing your career prospects.
You will use industry leading financial and data analysis software to make informed, data-led decisions. You will learn about cryptocurrency, blockchain, investments, data analysis, forecasting and ethical finance. You'll also learn the skills to navigate the digital, economic, and sustainability challenges shaping the future of the financial industry.
You’ll apply your learning through live projects, real-world business challenges and hands-on experiences. Your learning will prepare you to lead with confidence in any business or finance role.
You’ll take part in an assessment centre experience, as part of your preparation for the graduate job market. This will give you a good understanding of recruitment techniques.
You’ll also earn digital micro-credentials from industry leaders like FactSet, Microsoft, Google, and LinkedIn. This will help to enhance your CV and immersion into the areas of financial leadership you are most interested in.
