About the course

BSc Human Resource Management (Top-up) is designed for students who have completed a relevant foundation degree, HND or equivalent qualification and wish to progress to a full honours degree. The course develops your understanding of people management, organisational behaviour and employment relations within contemporary workplaces.

You will examine how organisations attract, develop and retain talent while responding to legal, ethical and strategic challenges. Human Resource Management at Roehampton is aligned with professional standards and supports progression towards Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development recognition, enhancing your professional credibility.

What you’ll study

You’ll build a solid foundation in strategic human resource management, while gaining professional skills valued across corporate, public and third sector organisations, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, organisational development, employment law awareness, leadership and professional communication.
