The engineering graduate programme was a fantastic opportunity to gain a deeper appreciation for the products we create. Through exploring various business areas, I was able to boost my confidence, and network with other graduates, of which some are now my closest friends.My apprenticeship has been everything I thought it would be, and more!
My apprenticeship has been everything I thought it would be, and more! My colleagues create a culture that delivers exceptional quality. Exposure to different business areas has enabled me to refine my technical skills in areas including programming and critical thinking.
The Strategy & Sustainability graduate scheme offers great flexibility to work across a variety of functions. This has helped me to expand my network, providing opportunities to work alongside and learn from amazing people at all levels, from other graduates to managers to directors. Already in my first year, I have gained critical project and stakeholder management skills as I have been involved in and lead on key projects in my area; the level of responsibility I have taken on makes me feel like a valued member of Jaguar Land Rover.
