Early Careers Assistant – Scotland
Early Careers at M&G
Our graduate and internship schemes are designed to train, develop, and empower the next generation of talent. Graduate schemes are open to all degree disciplines, start every September, and run for 24–36 months with structured rotations, professional training, networking opportunities, and a permanent role at the end.
Our summer internships offer an eight-week immersive experience for penultimate-year students to gain hands-on experience, develop technical and professional skills, and build a strong understanding of their role at M&G. Many Interns return on our Graduate scheme.
