The Personal Finance Society (PFS) is a professional body for the financial planning profession in the UK.

Our remit is to lead the financial planning community towards higher levels of professionalism exhibited through technical knowledge, client service and ethical practice. The PFS is part of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Group, whose Royal Charter is to secure and justify the confidence of the public in the insurance and financial planning professions.

We’re investing in future talent by giving young people like you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to build a successful career in financial planning. We’re inspiring our members to welcome bold, diverse new voices into the profession. We’re involving passionate PFS volunteers and mentors to support you every step of the way. And we’re informing and educating students across the UK about money and financial futures because understanding finance changes everything.
