Visit our websiteI’ve always liked STEM subjects, at college I picked maths, chemistry, biology for A level. I knew I wanted a get a degree and with Rolls-Royce paying for my studies, I’ve now got a BSC in Project Management and 3 years’ work experience with Rolls-Royce, which is great. I’ve had such a positive experience here. There is a big focus on diversity and inclusion and there are lots of resource groups for women that help to empower us and drive equality in the workplace. My cohort was 50/50 women and men and people are from all sorts of different backgrounds.

We’re proud to have an inclusive, digital-first culture that invests in all our people. It means whatever part of our business you work in, you’ll enjoy the support of everyone around you to be yourself and be your best. There’s so much you can experience alongside your programme: from visiting schools to get more young people interested in STEM, to helping make Rolls-Royce a more inclusive place to work as part of our employee networks. Networks that include our African and Caribbean Professional Network; EAST, a network to share the culture of Asia; and our UK Gender Diversity Network.
At the heart of our business is the unrivalled dedication and technical expertise of you, our people. With them, we are changing not just the way we work, but how we work. Together, we are adopting a winning mindset, aligning around our strategy, and being guided by a clear set of behaviours: put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple, and make a difference. Through these behaviours and a clear focus, we are building on the strong heritage of our company to writing the next chapter in its extraordinary story.
