We know that going from school to employment can be a huge step. That’s why we’ve introduced part-time apprenticeship options, making it more accessible for everyone, including carers and neurodivergent applicants. So, if you can’t commit to full-time (36 hours/5 days), you can choose to work 21 hours/3 days or 28 hours/4 days.

So what’s in it for you? You'll earn £22,500 while you learn; gain a Level 2 National Standard in Retail, equivalent to 5 GCSE passes; and get a permanent position after the apprenticeship. The apprenticeship is based in-store and takes a minimum of 12 months to complete. You’ll join a supportive and inclusive team, spending time doing a range of activities such as marketing, business and technology. You’ll also gain hands-on store experience, picking orders, restocking, and supporting customers and community events.
