Scholarship information
The Riccarton Bursary awards £5000 per year to students coming to study a Civil Engineering degree from widening participation backgrounds as well as those from a rural, isolated or remote part of Scotland who are joining us in September 2026. The scholarship is aimed at supporting students with their living costs and will be paid for each year of their undergraduate studies.
Eligibility
The Riccarton Bursary provides students coming to study a Civil Engineering degree from widening participation backgrounds as well as those from a rural, isolated or remote part of Scotland who are joining us in September 2026, with extra financial support to help towards living costs. Please check if you meet our Widening access criteria.
The closing date for all entries is Monday, 6 April 2026.
