The Professor Malcolm Sargeant Scholarship

This Scholarship is for the academic year 2025/2026 and is to the value of £2,900. It will be distributed in 3 instalments throughout the year and is available to a first year undergraduate studying any subject. As the Scholarship is payable in instalments, then payment of subsequent Scholarship instalments may be dependent on continued study at Middlesex and the Trustees reserve the right to withdraw the Scholarship if this is no longer the case.

This Scholarship was donated by the Professor Malcolm Sargeant Charitable Trust, which was set up in memory of Professor Malcolm Sargeant, a Professor at Middlesex. Professor Sargeant was the first of his family to go to university, and this changed his life and his future. As a legacy to him and his life, the Professor Malcolm Sargeant Charitable Trust supports future students to achieve their goals by helping with access to a university education.
