The scholarship with the value of £3,125 per student for postgraduate taught students for the 2026-27 academic year on one of the following courses:

• MSc Economics
• Graduate Diploma Economics

Eligibility

• Applicants must have received an offer for one of the eligible courses, MSc Economics or Graduate Diploma Economics, by the closing date.
• You must be applying to study on a Birkbeck programme that is based at our Bloomsbury campus in London (this includes programmes delivered online).
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate academic excellence and financial need.

Value

There are four scholarships of £3,125 each to be used for tuition fees only. If your programme is over multiple years, then the payment will be split across those years.
