University of GlasgowEnglish Language & Linguistics [MA]As a child of immigrants, I have always paid attention to the news, regardless if I thought it be interesting or not, because I had family living under a tyrannic government. This constant attention to news channels, whether that be on the TV or written, became a part of my daily life, naturally. And so, my passion for information and to enable others to be cognizant of certain situations, injustices, etc. transpired. This passion grew over time and by the age of 7, it had transformed into wanting to become an investigative journalist and write everything I experienced and how it differs from other personal experiences. University of AberdeenGaelic Studies and Language & Linguistics MAI am currently studying Gàidhlig and linguistics and I will hopefully go into a field developing languages in the community. I am a big supporter of the development of Gàidhlig and Scots in Scotland. I am also a big football fan. I am from rural Scotland and enjoy the city life and the country life. Lizzie
