Hello! I'm an international student at KCL and I study Medical Physiology. Feel free to reach out, I'd be happy to answer any questions about my university, my course, student life, or anything else!
Aubrey

Extended Medical Degree Programme (EMDP)
Hello! I'm Aubrey and I am a current 4th year medical student from the EMDP programme. I completed an intercalation in Primary Care last year at King's. I don't have a specific specialty in mind but I am currently interested in emergency medicine and paediatrics.
If I'm not on the wards at placement or studying in the library you can probably find me baking or exploring the parks in London. Feel free to ask me any questions about the course and university life! :)

Medical Sciences
Starting medical school was both exciting and slightly overwhelming, as I fortunately received an offer through clearing. At Bangor University, I’ve learned that medicine isn’t just about studying—it’s about adapting, growing, and finding balance. While Bangor may not be the biggest city, its supportive atmosphere and hands-on learning made it a great place to begin my journey. With mountains to hike, lakes to explore, and breathtaking scenery all around, there’s always a way to escape the stress of studying. My time at Bangor has also given me the opportunity to explore nearby cities, allowing me to discover new places and fully enjoy the experience of traveling.
Outside of medicine, I stay active through athletics, enjoy cooking (and eating!), unwind with movie nights, and stay grounded through Bible study.

King's College London
Extended Medical Degree Programme (EMDP)
I’m a medical student who balances long study days with crochet, anime, reading, and occasionally badminton to keep me going. I know what it’s like to juggle academic work with real-life hobbies, so I’m always happy to chat about finding balance, navigating med school, or just dive into a conversation over a good show or book.

BEng Biomedical Engineering
I moved to Scotland at the age of twenty and can understand how diffcult it can be, but it also was the best challenge I have ever faced. I do biomedical engineering and want to focus on a combination of electronics and cell biology in the future. I came to this realization from internships and would love to give advice and help in any way I can. I am also passionate about art and crafting in any shape and form and focus a lot on perserving time for hobbies even when the university gets challenging, so we can also have a chat about that! :)
