Therefore, I have focused on courses in data analysis, statistical modeling, and computational methods to strengthen my mathematical and statistical foundation while enhancing my data processing and application skills. As an international student, I have adapted to a multicultural learning environment and broadened my perspective through cross-cultural interactions, which also gives me an advantage in teamwork and academic research in diverse settings.

Nursing with Registration as a Mental Health Nurse

I was born in Spain and moved to London when I was in Year 3. I didn’t speak much English back then, but I’ve always had a passion for helping people, which is what inspired me to study Mental Health Nursing at King’s College London a dream that I’m really enjoying. The people, the teaching, and the whole university experience have been amazing.

In the future, I hope to become either a CBT therapist or a clinical psychologist so I can support others in improving their mental health. I know starting university can feel overwhelming, but with the right mindset and support, it’s a fantastic journey. Hi! I’m Hannah, a second-year student studying Neural Engineering with Psychology. My degree isn’t one that’s very well known but I love it. It combines Psychology, Engineering and Computer Science. In my next couple of years, I will cover areas like AI, brain computer-interfaces and neuroscience. Hi, my name is Hannah! I am fourth year veterinary medicine student. I haven’t decided which area of veterinary medicine I’m going to go into yet, but I enjoy the variety that comes with working in a mixed practice of small animal, farm and equine.

I enjoy staying active by doing gymnastics, running and have learnt how to play polo since joining the society at university. I love walking dogs, riding ponies and going on runs with my friends.

Chemistry with Medicinal Chemistry [BSc/MSci]

After doing my A levels in Chemistry, Maths, and Psychology, I wasn't sure what to do next. I chose to come to Glasgow because of the flexibility they offered with their degree plans; I initially enrolled in a Psychology degree, but have since changed my degree to Chemistry! Next year, I will be on a placement year in Industry, and I hope to work in research in the future! I love studying in Glasgow, and am happy to answer any questions you may have :)
