Hello! I am Sophie and I am currently doing my degree in Criminology. After doing my undergraduate degree, I would love to go onto masters and then use my degrees to work with offenders to try and prevent reoffending! 
I enjoy watching documentaries on criminological topics as well as watching comedies! When I am not doing university work or working, I love to listen to music and take long walks around the city!

Hi! I am Sophie and I am currently studying History at the University of Lincoln. I have always had a particular interest in History as I have always loved to read. I would love a career in the publishing industry as the opportunity to work with books is my absolute dream! I also love to travel, especially to Greece which is my favourite place in the world! Everything from the villages to the food is my absolute favourite. I also love to cook and bake whenever I get the opportunity, especially whilst listening to Taylor Swift. University has been a wonderful experience for me and I would love to help anyone looking to follow the same path :)

I am a second year Bsc Geography undergraduate from John Snow College. I grew up in a small village, so can provide insight into the move from a village to city.
I enjoy running, cooking and being in the outdoors but am also someone who enjoys a cosy night in! I like to meet new people, explore new places and learn about different cultures. My top activity is visiting a café with friends. I am a member of numerous society, both within my college and university wide, such as DU coffee society and John Snow Running Society.
My favourite area of geography is where physical and human geography intersect. Despite not knowing the direct career path I wish to take, my goal is to work in a job where I am helping others, either through interaction with individuals or policy-making.  
I am a very giving and open person and always happy to help!

Hi, I'm Spencer, a third-year BA (Hons) Television Production student. My favourite module so far is Studio Production and for this reason, when I graduate, I would like to work in live television. This year I had the opportunity to work at Camp Bestival, Dorset as a Graphics Operator which was a really rewarding experience. 
When I'm not studying, I'm busy working backstage at the local theatre as a technician on all of the big shows that come through on tour. In my spare time, I attend swim training with the CSSC Masters to keep up my exercise.

My main interests in nursing is trauma care, neurological diseases and conditions. I have Tourette’s Syndrome so I want to embrace neurodiversity within the healthcare sector! I enjoy reading and crochet these are my main hobbies and I can create almost anything!

Hi, I’m Susanna
 I’m in my 2nd year at City studying Sociology & Criminology, I really enjoy this course. Criminology, with its focus on crime, law, and justice, has been a particular passion of mine. I’ve delved into the psychological and sociological factors that contribute to criminal behavior, as well as the societal responses to crime. My research often intersects with issues of social justice, exploring how policies and practices in the criminal justice system impact different communities. Outside of academia, I’m deeply engaged in activities that enrich my understanding of the world around me. I enjoy volunteering with organizations focused on criminal justice reform, where I can see firsthand the real-world implications of the theories I study. This hands-on experience is something I believe is crucial for anyone interested in this field.
