I am currently in my third year of studying Sport and Exercise Nutrition. I have a vast background in sports playing a variety growing up. My favourite is netball which is why I became a qualified netball coach a few years ago ! I also spend this summer working as a climbing wall instructor for a range of ages witch was great fun. When I am not busy with Uni work I love spending time with my housemates, going for drinks or making dinner at home.

Animal Behaviour and Welfare - BSc (Hons)
Hi! I'm an ABW student living in accessible accommodation in Lincoln Courts, attending several creative societies (e.g. Creative Writing, Poetry) and have worked as a Student Ambassador for the uni since January 2025. As a disabled person, I had a lot of worries about attending university, but I've absolutely loved my time here so far. I would love to help others with similar concerns find ways to make university something that works for them as well as it has for me!

BSc Veterinary Nursing
I’m a 2nd year veterinary nursing student who has always loved working with animals and learning how to care for them🩺. Coming from the north of england, with english and irish background, i know what it’s like to balance studies, home life, hobbies and new opportunities. I originally started uni in 2019 and withdrew from my course during covid for personal reasons. I have since come back to finish my studies as i knew i wanted a career working with animals. I aspire to work abroad with elephants and contribute to wildlife conservation efforts🐘.
i’m really passionate about the course and happy to chat with anyone who wants to know more about placements, workload, settling in, or life as a vet nursing student🩺🦮🐾.

Computing (Computer Networks and Cybersecurity) (BSc, HND, HNC, Foundation Entry)
Hi, I'm Orin! I grew up in Hong Kong and spent most of my life there before making the move to the UK, so I know first-hand how exciting and overwhelming studying abroad can be. I'm now in my final year of Cybersecurity and Networking here at UWTSD Swansea, and honestly, it's been one of the best decisions I've made.
Outside of my studies, I'm the founder and President of UWTSD Warlords, the university's officially launched esports society, affiliated with national competitive leagues and partnered with Esports Wales. Whether you're a hardcore competitor or just looking for a community to game with, you're more than welcome.
When I'm not at a keyboard, I'm usually talking about cars or diving into robotics.
Feel free to ask me anything whether it's about the transition from college or BTEC to uni, how the university supports students with learning differences like dyslexia, getting involved in societies, or just how to settle into Swansea life. I've been exactly where you are, and I'm happy to help.

Computer Networks and Cyber Security (MSc, PgDip, PgCert)
Hi, I’m Sayem, a postgraduate student studying MSc Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. I completed my Bachelor’s in Computer Science & Engineering, where I worked on projects related to cybersecurity—especially phishing detection using behavioral biometrics.
I’m originally from Bangladesh and now studying on the Swansea campus. I know how exciting—and sometimes confusing—it can feel when planning to study abroad, so I’m always happy to share honest advice about university life, courses, accommodation, part-time work, or life in Wales.
Outside my studies, I enjoy tech, solving practical problems, and exploring new places. If you have questions about the course, campus, or student life, feel free to message me. I’m here to help!
If you want it shorter, more friendly, or more focused on campus life, I can adjust it!

BSc (Hons) Computer Networks Engineering
Hello, I'm Tyler! I am a final year BSc (Hons) Computer Networks Engineering student. I have recently returned from a placement year (where I will be returning after graduation), during which I had the opportunity to apply my skills in the real world. Even outside of university and work, I spend far too much time learning about all things tech, whether it's keeping up with the latest hardware releases or tinkering with my own projects. I’d love to chat with you about how the courses the University offers prepare you for a career, or just about the University and life as a student in general!

BSc (Hons) Sport Performance Analysis
I’m an Undergrad Sports Performance Analysis Student at UoS. In the future, I’d love to work in Sporting Recruitment Analysis at an elite level football club. I spend (too) much of my time watching football and reading up on players I’ve not yet heard of, so I suppose scouting is one of the main things I do in my free-time!
Feel free to message if you have any questions!
