Meet the academics

Dr Harrison Rolls

Harrison Rolls is a lecturer in Economics at Lancaster University. Harrison also completed his undergraduate degree, masters, and PhD at Lancaster University! Whilst doing his PhD, Harrison was researching Behavioural and Experimental Economics focusing on risk and time. Since then, Harrison has become more interested in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) to help better understand students and how we can make learning more accessible for them.

The easiest way to include it would be to briefly mention one or two things you learned from it and how/why those learnings have furthered your desire to study the subject. We don't want to prescribe an answer because it's your personal statement but this is a good starting point!
