What is a UCAS registered centre?

Schools, colleges, advisers or agents can register with UCAS to become a centre. UCAS registered centres have a suite of tools to help manage student applications and access to the latest information, advice and services.

Registered centres can access their applicants’ details, attach references, and submit applications to UCAS on their behalf. They can also track the progress of applications and view decisions. Registered centres are expected to comply with UCAS’ Terms of Service, particularly given their access to sensitive data. Any breach of this agreement will be thoroughly investigated and may result in suspension of UCAS services.

Please complete this form to be considered as a UCAS registered centre.

  • This information is used as part of our onboarding validation process, so it's essential to complete all sections of the form as accurately as possible. Details marked * are mandatory.
  • To ensure we can progress effectively, we may request additional details during our validation checks, that includes copies of organisational policies. It may take up to six weeks to complete the checks for onboarding.
  • Please make sure you are checking your email regularly as we may require additional information.
  • If you are already a UCAS registered centre you don't need to reapply to renew. The UCAS centre correspondent will be emailed at the start of each annual application cycle to set up your centre in the adviser portal.
