UCAS’ partnership with Gate One delivered a refreshed corporate strategy, Future Focus, which sets out UCAS’ ambitions and priorities for its customers.

Future Focus clearly outlines six strategic objectives, that UCAS is now delivering for its customers, as well as introducing new values for the business: customer focused, collaborative, accountable, service excellence, and trusted.

The recent UCAS Impact Report highlights accomplishments throughout 2018 to support students, teachers, and universities, and the progress against the six  strategic priorities.

Clare Marchant, UCAS’ Chief Executive, says, ‘We’re delighted to have won the MCA Strategy award last night, for our work developing Future Focus.

‘I’m proud of the whole UCAS team, who have contributed so much for students, teachers, universities, colleges, and clients, clearly aligned to our strategic goals.

‘An important aspect of our strategy is our digital transformation programme. A key part of it was delivered earlier this month, as we launched a new portal for teachers and advisers at 6,500 UCAS registered centres across the world, to manage their students’ applications.

‘I’m immensely grateful for the support of James Cooper and his colleagues at Gate One for their fresh perspective, support, and energy as we shaped this chapter of our journey.’
