With nearly two decades in education—18 of those in London academies and 11 in leadership roles—Suzie is deeply committed to supporting schools and colleges in driving student progression. She joined UCAS in April 2025 as Adviser Lead for Wales, where she focuses on building regional partnerships, increasing the visibility of UCAS support across schools and colleges, and collaborating to make higher education an accessible and desirable pathway for all students. Alongside her work in Wales, Suzie is a strong advocate for data-informed practice, helping senior leaders, teachers, and support staff use data to monitor, evaluate, and improve outcomes. As a long-time user of UCAS data and reporting tools, she is passionate about sharing practical insights and strategies to empower others.
