Customer Experience Manager (International), UCAS

Teona Droc is a Customer Experience Manager at UCAS, specialising in international customer insight, research and market intelligence.  

Teona has led and contributed to a range of published research projects, including Project Next Generation International Students: Early Drivers and Study Pathways, which explores early decision-making and study pathways across key markets. She works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure evidence-based insights inform strategy, services and decision-making across the sector.

As a former international student with previous experience in international recruitment, qualifications and credentials recognition, and working closely with higher education providers, Teona brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work, helping to translate insight into meaningful, evidence-based recommendations for the sector.
