Prepare for a career in Accounting and Financial Management with our professionally accredited degree.

By studying this course you'll gain eight professional exemptions from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and three from the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).

This course prepares you for a range of financial careers. It specialises in roles with large organisations, including financial management, business analysis and public sector accountancy.

You'll build the knowledge and digital confidence to work across different sectors. You'll learn to help organisations interpret financial data and support long-term decision-making. You will graduate with a route to professional status and the practical skills needed to achieve success.

You'll study key areas such as:

  • Financial and management accounting

  • Budgeting

  • Planning

  • Corporate governance and financial reporting.

Digital and analytical skills are key to success as a financial manager. This course teaches you how to work with platforms such as Sage, Excel, R and FinTech tools. You will learn through simulations and modelling tasks that reflect the realities of financial roles.

To prepare you for the competitive graduate job market and understand recruitment techniques, you’ll take part in an assessment centre experience. You’ll also earn digital micro-credentials from industry leaders like FactSet and Microsoft. These will enhance your CV and prepare you to succeed in interviews, applications and the graduate job market.
