Taught from the heart of the Greenwich Maritime Campus, this direct entry course will help develop a number of skills for - and an understanding of - leading teams and managing contemporary organisations.

The course is targeted at those with prior university study in this subject area who are looking to use the modules offered to build on their previous study. It covers a range of key areas including leadership in organisations, strategy for managers, decision-making, and negotiation. You’ll also get the chance to complete either a dissertation or a consultancy project or a business creation project. You’ll also get to choose to study either small business development or public sector management or international human resource management (IHRM).

Greenwich’s Business Management graduates pursue a variety of careers across the private, public, and voluntary sectors, as well as start-ups and social enterprises.

GCSE/National 4/National 5

120 credits at Level 4 and 120 credits at Level 5, minimum overall score of 55% with no failed or referred modules.

We welcome applications from students who have previously studied 2 years of a relevant degree at another institution and who achieve an average of 50%.
