This MSc provides the knowledge and skills to make technology strategy, innovation and management decisions to make a real difference to your organisation. First, you’ll focus on the operational aspects of managing technological innovation and change, then explore a range of capabilities essential to technology innovation, strategic development and management. Finally, you’ll conclude with an in-depth investigation of a topic or problem of your choice.
