Become an IT expert, and choose your own specialism.

As a Digital and Technology Solutions graduate, you will have the option to progress into careers such as a cybersecurity analyst, data or systems analyst or engineer, IT consultant or technician, network or software engineer, or web developer.

Digital technologies are now a fundamental part of all sectors of commerce and industry. Underpinning this is the continual need to design and develop technological solutions to a broad range of ever-evolving problems. This encompasses a range of digital and communications-based solutions centred on the acquisition, storage, manipulation, retrieval and dissemination of data.

As a student on this programme, you will be able to identify and specialise in your own chosen area of IT through undertaking bespoke development projects and creating a full independent portfolio. Through undertaking these modules, you will research, practice, and develop your skills relating to Databases and Data Analytics, Software Development or Networking, applying these skills in creating practical deliverables that will allow you to showcase your valuable skills and knowledge to employers

This course will consider the understanding that the IT industry develops at a rapid pace, with yearly innovations applied across a range of sectors. You will undertake future-proof modules that will develop and hone your skills, focusing not only on building upon existing knowledge but also on conducting research into current innovations and potential future developments.

By undertaking this programme, you will be able to gain valuable skills that will allow you to enter the IT industry across a variety of entry-level roles, including but not limited to the following:
