Course summary

The BA (Hons) Education and Early Years course is a pathway for students wishing to pursue careers in education and primary teaching. Graduates of this degree are recognised by the DfE as having a full and relevant qualification which meets the DfE criteria to be counted into Ofsted ratios as a qualified practitioner.

This course will enable you to develop the knowledge and skills to become an effective high-quality professional working with children. Students will complete professional placements within educational settings as part of their course. Modules are delivered by a team of expert lecturers with extensive professional experience in early years and primary school education. You will be taught through a variety of hands-on and engaging lectures, seminars, creative and practical workshops.
