Course summary
The BA Business and Management Top-Up course is designed to build on your prior learning and prepare you for a range of careers in the global creative industries. You will develop further your business, strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical skills, to manage and lead, while, by gaining financial literacy, data analytic skills and insight into decision-making processes, you’ll be able to solve problems and make informed decisions in the business of the global creative industries.
You will also establish critical insight into creative organisations, their cultures, structures and management, and into the wider economic environments and social contexts, specific to the global creative industries.
By the end of your Business and Management Top-Up degree, you will be able to demonstrate skills and attributes for future employment, including communication, team building, leadership, and the ability to motivate others, as well as the ability to nurture equality, diversity, and inclusion – central to all work in the global creative industries.
Equivalent to the final year of an undergraduate degree, our BA (Hons) Business and Management (top-up) course at UCA Epsom enables you to build upon an existing qualification such as a foundation degree or an HND.

We require evidence of your English language ability to meet the requirements for your course.
If you're a Home student and studied in the UK, we require GCSE English at a minimum grade C/4 (or Functional Skills English/Key Skills Communication Level 2).

If you need a Tier 4 student visa to study in the UK, you will need to take an IELTS test, and achieve an overall score of 6.0 and a minimum score of 5.5 for each element (Listening, Reading, Speaking, Writing).

We always consider the strength of an applicant's portfolio / audition as well as their grades and may make offers lower than our standard entry criteria to applicants with strong portfolios. Additional fee information
Fees stated are based on 25/26 academic intake and should be used as guidance. Confirmed fees for 26/27 will be published shortly.
If you are classified as a Home student and qualify for the government-regulated undergraduate tuition fee, you will be charged a single tuition fee for each academic year. Our policy is to charge the maximum regulated fee. To reflect increased costs of delivery and maintain a high-quality student experience, we will therefore increase fees in line with any uplift determined by the UK Government by law or government policy in the second and subsequent years of your course. Such increases are usually linked to inflation and determined using RPIX (the Retail Price Index excluding mortgage interest payments).
For all other students, your tuition fees may increase in the second and subsequent years of your course. Any increase in fees will be in line with inflation as measured by the RPIX but in any event by not more than 5%.
We will notify you of any fee increase by no later than July before the start of the next academic year.
