Course summary
The course will provide a wide range of photographic training through challenging and stimulating assignments.
Traditional silver based photography, digital photography, and extensive studio and location work are key elements of the course with a strong emphasis on practice.
Assignments are varied and interesting, covering disciplines such as photojournalism, documentary photography, fashion photography, commercial photography, fine art approaches and alternative photographic styles.
A sound knowledge of the history of photography and awareness of contemporary developments will support and underpin your photographic practice and encourage you to think critically about photography and its impact on our society and culture in Wales and beyond.
