Are you eager to open doors to a range of careers in construction? Our HNC Construction Management for England (Construction Site Supervisor) programme will provide you with the skills and knowledge to manage the people and processes of a building site.
This course is fantastic for providing a balance of employability skills and the knowledge essential for those with entrepreneurial, employment or academic ambitions.
The purpose of Pearson BTEC Higher Nationals in Construction Management for England is to help you develop as professional, self-reflecting individuals able to meet the demands of employers in the construction sector and adapt to a constantly changing world. The qualifications aim to widen access to Higher Education and enhance the career prospects of those who undertake them.

This Higher Technical Qualification is approved against occupational standards decided by employers.
Learn more about Higher Technical QualificationsOur typical offer is GCSE grades at A* to C (or equivalent) and/or 9 to 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English AND one of the following:
~ A BTEC Level 3 qualification in Construction or other related Level 3 qualification
~ A GCE Advanced Level profile that demonstrates strong performance in a relevant subject or adequate performance in more than one GCE subject.
~ An Access to Higher Education Diploma
~ An international equivalent to the above qualifications
Applicants over 21 years of age, who do not meet the above requirements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but should demonstrate evidence of an appropriate qualification, experience in the field or a strong interest.
Applications from students whose first language is not English are welcome. For International students we require evidence of proficiency in - English (including writing, speaking, listening and reading); the required minimum is IELTS (SELT) 6.0 overall (minimum 5.5 in all components).
