Assessment method

You’ll start by developing a broad understanding of, and fundamental skills in financial analysis and management, global and international approaches, business law, and digital and marketing.

In years 2 and 3, you’ll deepen your knowledge and skills in financial management practice, learning how to solve a range of complex and current issues in corporate finance.

In your final year, you’ll also complete a major project. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you’ll use everything you’ve learned on the course to address a current issue in business, and present your findings.

Typical qualification requirements

GCSE/National 4/National 5

5 GCSEs at grade D, or grade 3, or above and evidence of two years post-GCSE study at Level 3.

If you have achieved at least grade E in one A level, or equivalent, you are exempt from the two years post-GCSE study requirement, but you still must meet the GCSE requirements.
