This innovative course is designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skills to manage complex systems effectively in various sectors, including but not limited to ICT, Engineering, Aquaculture, Defence, Cyber Security and Health and Care.
Offering a unique blend of theoretical concepts and practical applications that are drawn from real-world case studies from public and private sector. The programme combines theories and models from complex systems, socio-technical systems, and complexity theory.
You will learn about the principles of asset management, operations management and complexity theory and how it can be applied to real-world situations.
This programme with enable you to learn about the importance of socio-technical systems and how they are essential for managing complex systems effectively.
Upon completion you will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage complex systems effectively in various sectors.
You will be able to apply the principles of complexity theory and socio-technical systems to solve complex problems and make effective decisions. As a Complex Systems graduate, you will be highly sought after by public and private sector organizations for their ability to manage complex systems and their cross-sector applicability.
