Course summary

Our International Business and Management with Professional Experience MSc is a two-year course that combines academic study with extended professional practice.

As part of the course, you will study the same modules as our one-year MSc and undertake a placement or internship of at least 500 hours to gain industry experience, build connections and enhance your employment prospects.

This course will help you advance your knowledge of management theory and practice and build the analytical, strategic and leadership skills needed for senior roles in today’s globally connected business environment. The course will also enable you to strengthen your critical thinking, analytical and communication capabilities, enabling you to make evidence-based decisions and solve complex business and management problems with confidence.

The key areas of study range from Business Strategy, Sustainability, Branding and Marketing, Digital Technologies, Leadership and Managing People. You will explore how business challenges intersect with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, preparing you to lead responsibly and make a meaningful impact.

Please note that students enrolled on the International Business and Management with Professional Experience MSc will not be able to transfer to the International Business and Management MSc.
