This foundation degree course gives you the opportunity to acquire and develop generic, transferable and sector-specific skills for everyday use in your health and social care role. The Foundation Degree gives you all the essential knowledge and skills required to work in the health and social care sector, allowing you to progress onto our Level 6 BSc in Health and Social Care or into employment.

All of our lecturers have PGCEs and relevant degrees in this subject, including BSc in Health and Social Care, MSc in Psychology, BSc in Applied Psychology and Counselling, and other Social Work qualifications.

We work in partnership with a wide range of healthcare providers across the region who provide work placement opportunities for our students, enablling you to grow your professional portfolio.
