Course summary

The Visual Merchandising, Styling and Promotion top-up award will allow students who already hold a Level Five qualification, or equivalent prior experience and learning, in related subjects to develop and consolidate their learning and achieve a full Bachelor of Arts degree. The award will have a practical focus; studying the art of product display and promotion through physical and digital means, from digital displays to full retail window installations. Students will get hands-on experience creating displays and exploring the ways in which practitioners might address contemporary issues, such as sustainability, or brand demands. The award will allow students to explore their research interests in-depth, and apply them in practice.
